The ordering of radioactive materials using the P-Card is prohibited.
All purchases of radioactive materials must be made using a Purchase Requisition, regardless of the dollar amount.
Each person wishing to purchase radioactive material must be pre-approved by the Center for Environmental Health and Safety/Office of Radiological Control.
To expedite an order, it is recommended that the requesting Department submit price verification or a price quote from the Supplier with the Purchase Requisition.
