Dell computer requests must be submitted by using the Computer Request Form, along with a saved Dell E-Quote. Apple computer requests must also be submitted using the Computer Request Form as well as an Apple Web Proposal and letter of justification. Send all forms to the Office of Information Technology email at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 453-3000.
The University has a contract for the purchase of computer equipment. This contract is with Dell Marketing LP utilizing the Midwestern Higher Education Compact (MHEC) for Dell products.
