Chemicals Biologicals subject to Export Controls

Chemicals and biologicals (including bacteria, viruses, toxins, and pathogens) that are subject to Export Controls are prohibited from being purchased using a P-Card. 

Purchases should be made using a purchase requisition processed through Procurement Services.  Prior approval should be obtained from the Director of Export Controls.
