IPHEC
The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) is a purchasing cooperative that all thirteen of Illinois public higher educuation instutions belong to. IPHEC sources requests for proposals, exemptions, and sole sources that SIU Carbondale, and other Universities, may use for favorable terms and pricing of goods and services.
To obtain appropriate pricing, advise vendors when you wish to utilize an IPHEC purchase.
