Vendor Search

Southern Illinois University Carbondale encourages the utilization of diversified vendors for the procurement of goods and services. These vendors may be used on Non-PO Match Invoice Distribution Forms, Requisitions, and P-Card transactions.

There are three options to look up potential vendors.

• AIS Vendor Search - Use this option to search for any vendor in the Administrative Information Systems (AIS) database.

• CEI BEP Certified Vendor Search - Use this option to search the State of Illinois Commission on Equity and Inclusion (CEI) Business Enterprise Program (BEP), which certifies businesses owned by minority, women, or persons with disabilities.
• Illinois Procurement Gateway - Use this option to search the state Registered Vendor Directory.
