  1. Access the Apple web page.

  2. Log into Apple account.

    • If you do not have an Apple ID associated with SIU's accout, you will need to register for access.  Please contact Shannon Newman at Information Technology for assistance.

    • With Registered Proposer user access, you will be allowed to save proposals and process P-Card orders after requests are approved by IT.
  3. Choose and configure the machine or accessories that you want to purchase. Remember to update your subtotal. Select “Continue.”

  4. Choose any additional items you may need and update your pricing. Select “Continue.”

  5. There are other options to choose from, such as adding items to your proposal. Simply follow the directions. Select “Continue.”

  6. Review your proposal, change quantity if appropriate. Click on “Create Proposal” to save. Sign in and enter required information. Select “Send Proposal.”

  7. Print the proposal page with the web proposal number, prepare the letter of justification and forward to Information Technology with your Computer Request Form.
